Coffee Mugs

I'm not sure if others have as many coffee mugs as we have in our kitchen cupboard. When I have a cup of coffee it seems to be chore which one I should use. Every mug has connection with a memory so I won't be getting rid of any one of them just yet.

At the back of the shelf is one from a resort in the interior of B.C. It was one of the last summer trips with the whole family. It's a small one though but it's full memories. Each sip offers another reflective thought of warm summers and the smell of the morning's coffee from a cottage porch.

Closer to the front sits a mug with a photograph. Now that's one with a memory. It doesn't leave any room for making up a story about a memory, where or who that mug came from.

When I'm feeling a bit under the weather I reach for one of the mugs awarded from a boss. If I have another sip I'll remember why.

I'm looking forward to taking a trip and finding a mug from a beach side souvenir shop.
